Cool Sports now offers several Adult Indoor Flag Football leagues. Cool Sports is the premier place to play Flag Football in Knoxville. Play is on our 180' x 85' arena covered in state of the art FieldTurf. We offer a recreational style of play with both a 7v7 Coed league and a 5v5 Men's League.Both leagues offer a good pace of play with the ability to light up the scoreboard! Competitors must be 18 years of age or older.

Our COED 7v7 league is designed to allow the men and women play side by side in a competitive but fun league atmosphere. Each team is required to have two women on the field at all time to ensure that the women are an important part of the game. Our Coed league will play on Wednesday nights. Each session is 8 weeks long and ends with one team being crowned champions through our playoff structure.
MEN'S 5v5:

Our new Men's 5v5 league is a typical 5v5 format adapted to our indoor game. Play will be a Run and Gun style of play which is exciting to watch. Scorekeepers should stay busy as points come fast and come often. Our Men's league will play on Wenesday Evenings.
